JETCompany OÜ is an Estonian limited company that operates the JETGames family of games (JETBALL and future titles) at jetgames.fun and as mobile applications distributed on Google Play.
Our games run primarily on your device: no user account is required, we do not build profiles of you, and we do not maintain a central database of your personal information. We do rely on third parties to serve advertisements and to process in-app purchases, which process limited data as described below.

JETCompany OÜ ("JETCompany", "we", "us") is a private limited company (osaühing) organized under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, registered with the Estonian Commercial Register (Äriregister) under code 17127779, with its registered office at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia.
JETCompany operates the products and services distributed under the JETGames brand, including the website jetgames.fun and its subdomains (such as jetball.jetgames.fun), as well as mobile applications published on Google Play and other app stores.

JETCompany is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) under Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), given the scope and nature of its processing operations. Privacy matters are nonetheless handled in-house through the dedicated channel above.
JETCompany applies a data-minimization approach to its products. Most of the information generated while playing JETBALL (and other JETGames titles) is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or to third parties.
These data are stored using the platform's native mechanisms (localStorage, IndexedDB or the app's local storage). JETCompany does not receive them, does not read them remotely, and does not share them. You may delete them at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser or by uninstalling the app.
As with any internet service, when you request pages or assets from our servers, certain technical data is processed transiently:

The free version of JETBALL displays ads served by third-party advertising networks, primarily Google AdSense and, where applicable, Google Ad Manager. These services process, as independent controllers (or joint controllers where applicable), data such as:

JETBALL offers a one-time purchase to remove ads. Purchases are processed entirely through Google Play Billing. JETCompany does not receive, store, or have access to your card or payment-method details. We only receive, through Google Play, a signed confirmation of the transaction containing:
This data is used solely to ensure the ad-free version remains active on your device. The processing of the payment data itself is performed by Google under its own privacy policy.
Your personal data is processed only for the purposes listed below, relying on the legal bases set out in Article 6 GDPR as specified in each case:

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
To sustain the development of our games in their free version, JETBALL displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and, where applicable, other Google advertising products (Google Ad Manager). These services are operated by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) when the user is located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, and by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA) elsewhere.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, JETCompany obtains your consent prior to activating cookies, identifiers and any other advertising processing that requires consent, through a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP). If you do not grant consent, you may continue to use the services and you will see contextual (non-personalized) advertisements.
JETBALL offers a one-time purchase called Remove Ads, which permanently disables advertising for the relevant Google Play account on any device where you sign in with that account.
Payment processing, billing, fraud prevention and refunds (where applicable) are the responsibility of Google through Google Play Billing. The payment terms applicable to you are those agreed between you and Google. JETCompany does not store any of your card or payment-method information.
For accounting and tax-compliance purposes, JETCompany retains the aggregated transaction summary received from the Google Play API for the period required by Estonian accounting law (generally seven years). This summary does not contain payment-card data.
The website jetgames.fun and the subdomains where the games are hosted use the following on-device storage mechanisms:
localStorage and IndexedDB to store game progress and preferences. These technologies are strictly necessary for the provision of the service and do not require consent under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC.
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the consent banner shown on first visit or through the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser's standard settings.

JETCompany is established in the European Union. Some of the providers listed in the previous section may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Under the GDPR and other applicable data-protection laws, you have the following rights in respect of the processing of your personal data:
If you reside in California (USA), the CCPA/CPRA grants you equivalent rights, including the right to know what information is being processed, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. JETCompany does not sell personal information within the meaning of the CCPA/CPRA; where it shares data with advertising partners under consent, that consent can be withdrawn at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@jetgames.fun indicating the right you wish to exercise and the minimum information needed to identify your request. We will respond without undue delay and in any event within one month, extendable by a further two months where the request is particularly complex.
JETGames titles are generally rated as suitable for all audiences (PEGI 3 / IARC 3+ or equivalent). They are not directed to children under 13, and JETCompany does not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a child in your care has provided us with personal data, please contact privacy@jetgames.fun so we can delete it.
With regard to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of the United States: JETBALL is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. When third-party advertising networks are used, JETCompany activates the child-treatment settings those networks make available where applicable (for example, by marking content as family-friendly in Google Play where appropriate).
JETCompany may update this policy where necessary to reflect changes in its practices or in legal requirements. The current version, together with the date of last update, will always be available at this URL. Where the changes are material, they will be announced prominently on the site or, where relevant, through an in-app notice, before they take effect.
